Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the items.
